Additionally, the role involves supervising household and third-party staff, maintaining a shared family master calendar, and coordinating domestic and international travel logistics. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a private household or UHNW environment, with a strong background in operations, staffing, and property management. The role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, fluent in digital tools, and have a valid driver's license and passport. A willingness to travel with the family and be on-call as needed is essential.
