About the Role Join the award-winning team behind some of the nation's fastest-growing companies. The Executive Driver will provide safe, reliable, and discreet transportation for the principals, family members, and guests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires flexibility for long and irregular hours, with availability dictated by the family's schedule. The ideal candidate will be professional, punctual, and discreet, with strong knowledge of luxury vehicle care, traffic patterns, and security awareness. Domestic and international travel will be required. The principal functions of the position identified shall not be considered a complete description of all the work requirements and expectations inherent in the position. Key Responsibilities Transportation & Logistics Provide daily driving services for the principals, family members, and guests to meetings, events, airports, restaurants, and residences. Anticipate and plan routes to avoid delays, ensuring efficient and timely travel. Adjust seamlessly to last-minute scheduling changes and urgent transportation needs. Assist with luggage handling and guest transportation coordination. Professionalism & Discretion Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all family matters, schedules, and locations. Exhibit professional etiquette, ensuring passengers' comfort and privacy. Serve as a welcoming presence for family members and visiting guests. Vehicle Care & Maintenance Maintain all vehicles in pristine condition, ensuring cleanliness, fueling, and readiness at all times. Conduct routine inspections, schedule servicing, and oversee necessary repairs. Stock vehicles with essentials (bottled water, tissues, chargers, umbrellas, emergency kits). Maintain accurate records of mileage, servicing, and expenses. Safety & Security Demonstrate situational awareness at all times, ensuring the safety of passengers. Park vehicles in secure locations and avoid unnecessary risks in high-profile situations. Collaborate with security teams as needed, particularly in sensitive or high-security settings. Requirements 6+ years of experience as an Executive Driver or professional driver for private families/individuals. Clean driving record with no accidents or violations within the last five years. In-depth knowledge of South Florida roadways, traffic patterns, and alternate routes. Experience driving luxury vehicles (Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Mercedes, Ferrari, etc.) and Sprinter Vans. Ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and a low profile at all times. Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain attentive yet unobtrusive. Flexibility to work long, irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Defensive driving training and/or security driver certification preferred.
