What We're Looking For Relation's Internship Program offers students hands-on experience in Marketing within the context of the insurance industry. Interns will work on various marketing projects, including brand and content, digital marketing and analytics, sales enablement and events and campaign support, while gaining insights into how marketing supports and enhances insurance operations. The duration of this internship program is expected to last between 2-3 months. A Glimpse Into Your Internship Orientation and Training Company Introduction: Learn about the company's history, mission, and values Industry Overview: Gain insights into the insurance industry, including key players, market trends, and regulatory environment Software Training: Hands-on training with brokerage tools and software such as CRM systems, Canva, Sprouts, Pardot and Hubspot Project Work Brand & Content Marketing Projects Corporate Communications Assist with "Life at Relation" content (employee spotlights, culture posts, newsletters) Field Marketing & Integrations Assist with Brand Integration assets for acquisitions (signage, press release, digital) Brand Marketing Track timelines and deliverables across teams Review content for accuracy and completeness Digital Marketing Assist with updating service pages or acquisition announcements Support internal or external email campaigns (newsletters, event invites) Review content for accuracy and completeness Help segment lists and review performance metrics (open rates, clicks) Help tag or categorize contacts by industry, region or service line Sales Producer Enablement Sales Collateral development Update or organize pitch decks, one-pagers and proposal templates Event Coordination Support planning for client events, trade shows, or webinars Assist with invitations, registration tracking and/or follow up communication Mentorship and Networking Mentorship: Pair with a mentor(s) who will provide guidance, support, and feedback throughout the internship Networking Events: Attend events to meet and network with Marketing professionals and industry experts Performance Evaluation Regular Feedback: Receive regular feedback from people leaders to help you improve and grow Presentation: Present your project findings and recommendations to senior management at the end of the internship Final Evaluation: Undergo a comprehensive evaluation at the end of the internship to assess your performance and provide recommendations for future career development. At Relation, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is presented within this posting. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. $19.23 - $25.00
