About the Role: The Senior Project Manager oversees the overall direction, completion, and financial success of diverse projects. This role leads a project management team to deliver outstanding results while fostering new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with current and potential clients. Part of the MYR Group since July 2019, CSI celebrates over 30 years of exceptional service. Essential Functions Set project objectives and standards to mitigate risks and ensure profitability. Make critical decisions regarding projects and resource allocation. Assume ultimate responsibility for project outcomes. Supervise project management teams and daily project operations. Train the project management team in company philosophy and procedures. Oversee maintenance of project logs and tracking systems, implementing corrective measures when necessary. Manage change orders and negotiate for favorable outcomes. Maintain all project progress logs. Act as a liaison between field operations and clients. Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to schedule and budget. Investigate serious issues and take corrective actions. Represent the company in meetings with clients and subcontractors. Oversee subcontractor activities and related financial matters. Prepare cost estimates as needed. Facilitate monthly financial reviews and project profitability projections. Manage contractual finances to protect the company's interests and nurture client relationships. Promote business development initiatives. Conduct Project Manager duties as necessary. This job classification may evolve, and management can modify responsibilities as needed. About You: Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or a related field preferred. A minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably in electrical construction. In-depth knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, and methods required. LEED AP, PE, and OSHA 30 certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Estimating experience, preferably with Accubid. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, BlueBeam, and basic familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit. Demonstrated experience in mentoring and managing teams. Positive attitude with a strong customer focus. Ability to interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings. Extensive knowledge of electrical codes and local compliance regulations. Outstanding organizational and communication skills. Adept at working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities. Strong grasp of electrical construction and management practices. Effective interaction with employees at all levels and external clients. Ability to follow and understand standard operating procedures. Professional demeanor in appearance and conduct. Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently. Physical Demands Work may require outdoor tasks on uneven surfaces. Prolonged periods of sitting or standing may occur. May involve bending and crouching. Work Environment 50% of the time in a climate-controlled environment. May work in various weather conditions. May frequently encounter noisy environments due to industrial equipment. Occasional exposure to hazardous chemicals may occur. What We Offer: Compensation & Benefits Salary $135,000-$210,000 per year, based on experience. Salary ranges may be adjusted based on qualifications.
