Facilities Maintenance Technician

From performing crucial repairs to completing routine maintenance and addressing guest requests, you'll contribute to a welcoming environment that guests can always rely on. In your role as Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will: Handle a range of general maintenance tasks including repairs, painting, fixture maintenance, appliance installation/removal, and assisting in unit renovations. Efficiently and professionally complete daily work tickets and guest service requests. Conduct scheduled routine maintenance to keep all units and amenities in top condition. Collaborate with team leadership to adhere to budget guidelines during repairs and special projects. Work closely with Housekeeping and Resort Management to successfully complete maintenance weeks and deep cleaning projects. Follow all company policies and safety regulations, including OSHA and local, state, and federal requirements. Keep the MSDS/GHS safety binder accurate and current in conjunction with Management. Provide assistance to other departments such as Housekeeping, Front Desk, and TSW as needed. Take on additional responsibilities and projects to support overall resort operations. Qualifications: High school diploma is required. Up to 1 year of experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or Trades operations within a resort or commercial setting. Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to diverse tasks and perform effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. Physical capability to lift, move, push, or pull weights of up to 50+ pounds. Possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Compensation: $23 per hour
