Key Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate production equipment. Utilize forklift, palletizer, packaging equipment, and related production machinery. Understand production schedules and manage material issuance effectively. Troubleshoot equipment issues and conduct minor maintenance as required. Perform line changeovers promptly to adapt to different products. Adhere to safety rules and food safety policies while maintaining a clean work environment. Execute any additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Right to work in the U.S. without dependency on a student or third-party employer visa. Must be at least 18 years old to work in a production facility. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs, with or without accommodation. Capacity to work at heights of 4 feet and above. Flexibility to work in diverse environments, including varying temperatures and noise levels, while wearing personal protective equipment (PPE). Proficient in English communication (verbal and written). Basic computer skills. Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, with advance notice. Preferred Qualifications: Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems. Prior experience in a production-related role. Familiarity with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Knowledge of inventory systems. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous forklift operation experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
