As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will play an essential role in our operations, ensuring that our environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will support your manager in keeping operations running smoothly, directly enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. No prior experience? No problem! We will provide the training you need! Your Responsibilities: Engage with customers directly, assisting with general inquiries, resolving issues, and helping create a positive customer experience. Support various departments, including store, restaurant, and truck care, by handling tasks related to cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service. Utilize a range of tools and equipment to maintain the facility, which includes equipment repair (HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, etc.), pressure washing, plumbing repairs, site inspections, and more. Opportunity for cross-training in other roles, such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Positions. Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction while adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
