Facade Estimation Expert

What You Need to Succeed: 1-5+ years of Project Management experience in Storefronts, Window Walls, Curtainwalls, Sunshades/Screens, ACM Panel Systems, Structural Glass Walls, or Skylights. Experience with unitized Curtainwall systems is a plus! A confident decision-maker with the ability to work independently. Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and close-out documentation. Strong skills in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, structural drawings, shop drawings, and schedules to understand architectural intent. Familiarity with project management, spreadsheets, and estimating software is preferred. A track record of managing material, equipment, and labor costs effectively to keep projects under budget. Ambition for professional development and career advancement. Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers, suppliers, architects, management, and site personnel.
