Quality Assurance Test Engineer

Job Description: Pay Range: $70.75hr - $74.75hr The Quality Assurance Test Engineer (Tosca) will partner with the Test Center of Excellence (CoE), functional and technical teams, and leadership to execute a comprehensive testing strategy. This role focuses on test automation using Tricentis Tosca, enterprise business process validation, integration and regression testing, and continuous improvement of testing frameworks and practices. Responsibilities: Partner with the Test CoE, functional and technical teams, and management to execute testing strategies, protocols, and procedures. Support test planning for projects and production changes by documenting end-to-end business processes and creating comprehensive QA integration and regression test scripts. Participate in test strategy discussions and provide input on feasibility and effectiveness of automated testing approaches. Maintain enterprise business process hierarchies and alignment of procedures and test cases. Work with Test Delivery Lead and Test Automation CoE to configure and execute automation tools using the CoE framework. Create, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca. Collaborate with QA and development teams to design test cases based on business processes, functional requirements, and user stories. Design, build, and maintain formal test plans and scripts, documenting test outcomes, defects, and resolutions. Execute automated test cases, identify defects, and ensure complete test coverage and accuracy. Manage and maintain test data required for automated test execution. Identify opportunities for test process improvements and implement best practices. Contribute to automation framework development, libraries, and utilities to ensure scalability and maintainability. nalyze and document test results and defects, assisting in root cause analysis and resolution. Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to set up and maintain test environments. Generate and present test automation reports highlighting progress, coverage, risks, and quality metrics. Maintain test artifacts, dashboards, and metrics related to test execution and defect lifecycle. ssist in training and mentoring team members on Tosca automation best practices. Stay current with testing tools, methodologies, and industry trends. Requirement / Must Have: 5+ years of progressive experience as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer or Analyst. Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices. bility to interpret business requirements, functional designs, and technical specifications. Experience supporting Finance, HCM, Logistics, and Treasury business processes. Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA testing and automation. Should Have: Proven experience with Tricentis Tosca automation tools including Tosca Commander and Tosca TBox. Experience testing SAP and SaaS enterprise systems. Experience with S/4HANA migrations and change impact analysis. Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Experience testing web applications, APIs, and mobile applications. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Skills: Tricentis Tosca automation development. Business process analysis and documentation. Test planning, execution, and defect management.
