Join us and take on a leadership role where your expertise will be pivotal in guiding multidisciplinary teams toward technical excellence. Your Role: Lead with Vision: Define the technical direction for intricate municipal projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to compliance standards. Design with Purpose: Create comprehensive evaluations and detailed designs for water and wastewater pumping and treatment facilities, including: Pump and hydraulic calculations Process piping layouts Tank and equipment sizing and selection Innovate: Develop alternative designs and improvements that boost performance and resilience. Collaborate: Work alongside BIM specialists to enhance layouts and generate precise drawings. Deliver Excellence: Draft technical specifications and front-end contract documents for publicly bid projects. Analyze & Optimize: Perform water quality analyses and system modeling to ensure optimal solutions are implemented. Ensure Compliance: Review designs and reports to satisfy client requirements and adhere to regulatory standards. Mentor & Grow: Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers, promoting a culture of learning and collaboration. Advance Knowledge: Write technical papers, contribute to industry publications, and present at conferences. Engage Clients: Support proposals, participate in client meetings, and contribute to evolving solutions that meet client needs. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or a related discipline. Professional Engineering (PE) license. 10 years of relevant experience. Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as needed. Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
