We’re seeking an accomplished Civil Engineer who excels in underground utilities, site grading, and storm water management to join our innovative team. Your Key Responsibilities: Create and approve engineering designs that range from basic to highly complex, including site layout, grading and drainage, and hydraulic calculations. Review designs for compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations. Adhere to the firm's policies and practices in every design. Conduct site analyses to confirm that designs meet location requirements and revise them as needed. Enhance our team’s knowledge by producing technical documentation and white papers for unique designs and studies. Team up with sales staff to prepare proposals for current and prospective clients, ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations. Engage in conferences and symposia to elevate the firm’s visibility and project offerings. Mentor junior engineers, providing them with technical guidance and fostering their professional growth. Fulfill additional duties as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering with a Professional Engineer (PE) license. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Equivalent practical experience may substitute for a degree. Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as necessary, based on project demands. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with AutoDesk Civil 3D and other civil design software. Experience in managing infrastructure projects for industrial clients. Why Work With Us?
