Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 03/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel ```htmlJob Opportunity - Interventional Radiology Technologist - Indiana Start Date: March 9, 2026 Location: Indianapolis, Indiana Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Full-time with on-call coverage every 3rd or 4th weekend (Friday 5:30 PM through Monday 7:00 AM) Highlights: Work in a state-of-the-art department with 4 IR rooms featuring Siemens single plane and biplane c-arms Level 1 trauma, PE, and stroke center offering advanced vascular and neuro interventional procedures Dual-technologist model with one circulating and one scrubbing per room Exposure to comprehensive case mix including angiograms, embolizations, thrombectomies, stent placements, and central line insertions Cerner EMR system preferred but not required First-time travelers accepted with minimum 2 years of experience Requirements: ARRT certification (Vascular Interventional and Radiography) Current BLS certification Valid Indiana radiologic technologist license (must be in hand prior to start date) Minimum 2 years of interventional radiology experience Proficiency in both peripheral vascular IR and neuro vascular IR procedures Strong scrubbing skills for both peripheral and neuro cases including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, thrombectomies, and various drainage procedures Experience with upper and lower extremity, abdominal and pelvic vascular studies, venous access, and neurological studies Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions available) Two supervisor references required Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a high-acuity interventional radiology department within a leading trauma and stroke center.
