Dairy Nutrition Technical Manager

About the Role: Your contributions will be pivotal to the business's success. Provide exceptional technical support to dairy producers, nutritionists, and distributors. Collaborate with sales teams on customer visits and strategic initiatives. Deliver engaging presentations to diverse groups and industry audiences. Contribute to research initiatives, trial design, and data analysis. Create technical publications, training materials, and marketing content. Act as a subject matter expert on dairy feed ingredients and additives. Help define U.S. technical strategy during a crucial growth phase. Qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Ruminant Nutrition, or a related field. Experience with a feed, nutrition, or ingredient company. Strong understanding of dairy production systems and applied nutrition. Demonstrated ability to present technical information to producers and professional audiences. Willingness to travel (~50%) and engage with customers. Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working independently from a home office. $120,000-$130,000 base salary + 20% performance bonus + Profit Sharing 100% employer-paid health insurance (for employee) + 401K Retirement Plan.
