Extraction Lab Packaging Specialist

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about the cannabis industry? JARS Cannabis is seeking a motivated Lab Packager to join our team in Phoenix. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced lab setting where precision and quality are key. If you have prior experience in packaging and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do: Accurately weigh, label, and package cannabis concentrates. Maintain clean and organized workspaces in a full-scrub lab environment. Adhere to strict safety, compliance, and quality control standards. Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Prepare and process biomass for extraction operations Package and label extraction socks/bags for use in extraction booths Ensure extraction materials are accurately weighed, packed, and documented Maintain cleanliness and organization of extraction prep and packaging areas What We're Looking For: Previous packaging or production experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy. Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with cannabis compliance and handling regulations is a plus. Active FA card preferred (note: employees are responsible for renewing expired FA cards at a cost of $300).
