Join our dedicated team as a Facilities Operations Leader and play a key role in maintaining our top-notch buildings! Position Responsibilities Oversee facility operations for your assigned building within our expansive network of over 800,000+ square feet. Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans along with managing budgets and capital projects. Schedule and assign tasks related to carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance. Ensure landscaping, janitorial, and security services consistently meet Uline standards. Quickly respond to emergency maintenance requests and efficiently troubleshoot building issues. Assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion. Document maintenance activities and generate detailed reports for management review. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as HVAC and landscaping.
