The successful candidate will focus on inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing semi-trucks, alongside performing required maintenance on our fleet. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine maintenance on semi-trucks, including DOT inspections and replacement of brakes, shocks, slack adjusters, and all trailer axle components. Perform thorough inspections of trucks to recognize and solve potential issues. Keep precise records of all maintenance and repairs completed. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations consistently. Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance workflow and efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in semi-truck repair (preferred). Expertise in diagnosing and repairing diesel trucks. Strong troubleshooting abilities and exceptional attention to detail. Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Certification from a reputable technical school or vocational program is an advantage.
