Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available in a K-12 school setting in Olympia, WA, starting as soon as possible through June 16, 2026. This contract opportunity offers a caseload of approximately 45 students, providing comprehensive support to meet their occupational therapy needs throughout the school year. Key Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to K-12 students, focusing on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and state regulations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating inclusive learning environments. Qualifications and Experience: Current Occupational Therapist license or certification, or willingness to obtain Washington State OT License/Certification. Experience working in school-based settings, preferably with K-12 populations. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of school-based therapy regulations and IEP processes is preferred.
