Company: enGen Job Overview: As a Senior Business Systems Analyst for our Chat Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our chat platforms. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to address complex business needs, facilitating the development of high-quality solutions that resonate with our customers. You will be responsible for translating conversation designs into actionable user stories and ensuring that the requirements align with technical feasibility. Your Key Responsibilities: Lead collaboration efforts with customers, Software Engineers, and Capability Managers to understand and capture capability needs, thereby driving effective business solutions for complex issues. Contribute actively throughout the software development life cycle, taking on multiple roles in agile scrum teams based on project needs. Provide expert business insights on complex project initiatives, ensuring that all developments align with strategic objectives. Maintain compliance with industry standards and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained during the project lifecycle. Engage with various business areas and partners to drive innovative solutions that maximize value while minimizing costs. Support the testing process by developing robust testing strategies that ensure minimal production defects and directly tie outcomes to customer impacts. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating requirement walkthroughs, sprint reviews, and project status updates. Offer strategic thought leadership within Product and Technology Solutions. Handle other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in IS/IT; preferably with exposure to Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and the Healthcare or Health Insurance Industry. 3 - 5 years of working with IVR or chatbot technologies. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and report writing skills. Proficiency in SQL and project management principles. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and facilitate agile methodologies. Work Environment: This is an office-based position, requiring occasional travel between work sites. You will be expected to manage physical tasks, including lifting up to 10 pounds. The position involves teaching and training others on a regular basis. Compensation: The pay range for this position is between $67,500.00 and $126,000.00, based on qualifications and experience.
