Oversee inspection, testing, and monitoring of products and processes to ensure compliance with specifications. Ensure strict adherence to quality management systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Investigate root causes of non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Develop, update, and enforce quality control procedures and work instructions. Analyze quality data, identify trends, and generate performance reports for management. Lead and participate in internal and external quality audits. Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and their implementation. Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, PPAP, and 8D problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor quality inspection teams. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
