Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and workforce management to consistently meet deadlines and budgetary goals. Enhance team dynamics and communication through effective methods and strategies. Establish metrics to track the progress and success of the strategic plan throughout all construction phases. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in earthwork, excavation, and site preparation. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field. At least 3 years of experience with relevant estimating software in the industry. Prior experience with large-scale projects, including residential subdivisions, piping work, and underground pads. A proactive approach with an ownership mindset, ready to mentor and support team members. A pursuit of excellence in every project, with a willingness to go the extra mile for optimal results. Ability to resolve conflicts in a way that benefits all involved parties. Maintain a balance between friendliness and firmness in interactions. Experience managing project sizes ranging from $1MM to $10MM. Compensation: Competitive salary above industry standards.
