About the Role: As a Senior Consultant in our US Tech Consulting - Finance and Accounting Technology team, you will be part of an innovative group of business and technology consultants. Your focus will be on supporting clients' Finance Automation, Controls & Governance initiatives by implementing technology systems such as BlackLine, Oracle ARCS, Trintech, OneStream RCM, and Tagetik. Help some of the most influential companies transform the way their Finance and Accounting teams manage financial close and reconciliations processes. The Opportunity: In this fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with clients to turn their business challenges into technology solutions that drive automation and efficiency. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the operating effectiveness of Finance, Accounting, and Operations functions, enabling clients to shift focus from manual processes to value-driven activities supported by data analytics. Your Key Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate current finance management processes, including financial close and internal controls. Redesign operational processes for financial activities to identify challenges and deliver comprehensive solutions. Implement unified intercompany process solutions encompassing both technology and process redesign. Assist in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of finance technology solutions. Align business processes with improvement opportunities to enhance Finance and Accounting functions. Develop strong client relationships and manage project deliverables effectively. Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Configure and implement solutions tailored to business needs. Identify service expansion opportunities and actively contribute to sales initiatives. Be prepared to travel regularly and lead important project streams while engaging with clients. Skills and Attributes for Success: To excel in this role, you should be proactive, capable of delivering effective processes and projects, and passionate about providing exceptional service. You will ideally have experience in the business and technology aspects of Finance Transformation programs. Required Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. A minimum of 3 years in Finance Management business processes. Experience in system implementation for tools like BlackLine, Trintech, and Oracle. Capability to analyze process challenges and drive operational improvements. Experience leading client meetings and guiding junior team members. Willingness to travel approximately 50-70% of the time.
