This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy outbound calling, handling objections, and turning conversations into booked appointments Therapy Tree is hiring US-based Family Conversion Specialists to support a high-impact surge focused on increasing therapy visit utilization. This is not a front desk or administrative role. This role exists to convert opportunity into scheduled visits by calling families, handling resistance, and booking additional sessions quickly. If you are confident on the phone, comfortable with scripts, and motivated by clear outcomes, this role is for you. What You’ll Do    •    Make high-volume outbound calls to families    •    Reactivate patients who have fallen off the schedule    •    Increase visit frequency for active patients receiving fewer visits than recommended    •    Convert PRN or inconsistent attendance into standing schedules    •    Book sessions directly into the schedule    •    Follow clear scripts and escalation pathways    •    Document outcomes accurately This role is execution-focused and results-driven. What You Will NOT Do    •    General front desk work    •    Answer inbound clinic phones    •    Design systems or processes    •    Manage schedules independently    •    Handle billing or insurance You will be given clear call lists, scripts, and priorities. Ideal Background    •    Call center, patient outreach, or appointment-setting experience    •    Healthcare, therapy, rehab, or medical office experience preferred    •    Comfortable handling objections and resistance    •    Confident, calm, and professional on the phone    •    Able to work independently with minimal supervision    •    Available during US business hours Required Skills    •    Strong spoken English    •    High phone stamina (multiple hours/day)    •    Script adherence    •    Clear documentation    •    Outcome-focused mindset Preferred (But Not Required)    •    Spanish/English bilingual    •    Pediatric healthcare experience    •    Scheduling or intake experience Bilingual is a plus, not a requirement.
