Your Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Health EHR / Millennium Implementation Consultant with a focus on Physician Track for Acute Solutions. In this role, you will lead comprehensive implementation processes, ensuring smooth transitions from workflow discovery to go-live support while emphasizing safe, compliant clinical workflows and an excellent provider experience. Your Responsibilities: Lead implementation activities for Physician Track in Acute Solutions, encompassing discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment. Configure and build clinical content and workflows including PowerPlans, MPages, and Dynamic Documentation. Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to validate workflows that promote patient safety and adhere to regulatory/compliance standards. Drive the testing process, managing defect triage and remediation via configuration updates. Develop and maintain critical project artifacts such as requirements, design decisions, and testing scripts. Work with cross-functional teams like training, technical, integration, and PMO to deliver seamless solutions. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Oracle Health EHR / Cerner Millennium implementations, particularly within Physician Track for Acute Solutions. Experience with multi-facility acute care implementations. A strong grasp of inpatient clinical workflows such as ED, ICU, perioperative, and med/surg. Proficient in change management and system design with a focus on the end user experience. Solid configuration and building skills in areas such as PowerPlans, Orders, Medication Reconciliation, MPages, Dynamic Documentation, and Provider Positions. A proven ability to translate clinical and operational needs into system designs/requirements. Effective communication skills and familiarity with working alongside physician and clinical stakeholders. Ability to create clear documentation for system build and support testing and issue resolution through go-live. Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time. Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this role is $71,200 to $158,200 per year, with the potential for bonuses and equity options.
