We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager focused on Incident Analysis to join our dedicated Incident Management team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Product for Incident Management and work collaboratively with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams. You will be responsible for defining and delivering user-centric, data-driven experiences that harness incident data for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead the creation and execution of the roadmap for Incident Analysis products to achieve impactful user and business outcomes. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and development through to launch and iteration with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making. Work alongside design and engineering teams to create intuitive user experiences that promote product adoption and effective learning. Engage with customers and internal partners to gain insights into user needs, pain points, and opportunities for growth. Monitor and evaluate product performance, refining features to enhance user value and overall business impact. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS, DevOps, or data-analytics sectors. Proficiency in data analysis and analytics products, including telemetry and observability. Track record of successfully launching features aimed at workflow automation or operational efficiency. Experience with cross-functional collaboration involving engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of the incident management lifecycle in cloud-native environments. Direct experience with DevOps, SRE, or similar tooling within a SaaS environment. Familiarity with ML/AI-driven insights or advanced analytics tools. Strong commitment to user experience and continuous enhancement of products. Results-driven, curious, and collaborative mindset. The salary range for this position is $161,000 - $271,000 USD, with opportunities for bonuses, equity, and additional benefits. Base salaries vary by role, level, and location, ensuring equitable compensation reflective of the individual’s skills and experience.
