Job Summary Join Navista, a part of Cardinal Health, where our mission is to empower community oncology practices to provide exceptional patient-centered cancer care. As an integral member of our team, you will lead the design, implementation, and operation of secure, automated CI/CD pipelines and multi-cloud platforms that support cutting-edge oncology applications. We are looking for a hands-on Lead DevSecOps Engineer to drive technical initiatives and enhance our product development efforts. In this role, your expertise will define and uphold DevSecOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) standards, ensuring the secure and efficient delivery of our applications across diverse environments such as GCP, Azure, and on-prem data centers. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Harness, GitHub, Jenkins, and others to automate builds, testing, and deployments, focusing on quality through effective strategies and governance. Apply SRE principles by establishing SLIs/SLOs, implementing monitoring and alerting systems, and collaborating with teams to optimize reliability, performance, and delivery speed. Lead the integration of security controls within CI/CD pipelines and workflows, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and HITECH standards. Ensure that applications and platforms meet security and data protection standards across all environments. Implement automated vulnerability scanning and secure credential management to enhance security posture. Integrate security and compliance checks into CI/CD workflows, applying DevSecOps practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle. Utilize infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform) to consistently provision and manage cloud and on-prem environments. Manage resources across multi-cloud environments, optimizing Kubernetes services, virtual machines, and storage in GCP, Azure, and on-premises. Collaborate with application, QA, security, and cloud teams to support product development, ensuring high availability and performance. Troubleshoot build and deployment issues, lead root cause analyses, and drive long-term reliability improvements. Evaluate and adopt new DevOps, SRE, and DevSecOps tools to enhance automation and developer experience. Create documentation for pipeline architectures and standards, contributing to a shared knowledge base. Serve as a technical leader, mentoring engineers, and promoting best practices and a collaborative team culture. Qualifications 8-12 years of experience in software development, cloud computing, and systems engineering, with a focus on security and networking. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred. 3+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD solutions in Azure DevOps and familiarity with Git/GitHub. 2+ years of experience with the Harness platform or similar tools. Proficient in CI/CD with tools like Jenkins and Ansible for automation. Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code using Terraform across Azure, GCP, and on-premises. Experience managing Kubernetes and cloud services in GCP and Azure. Understanding of SRE practices such as capacity planning and incident management. Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and cloud security concepts. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Dynatrace or Splunk. Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive technical directions. Exposure to Agile development processes; experience in healthcare is a plus.
