Shift & Scheduling Requirements Shift: Nights, 7p-7a Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (may be more if needed) Holidays: As needed Floating: Required between Boise, Meridian, and Nampa Medical Centers Responsibilities Provide high-level Med Surg nursing care with a wide scope of postoperative and medical patients Manage central lines, drains, NG tubes, ostomies, and Foley catheters Perform skilled tasks including CBI care (preferred) Administer medications and perform assessments Read and interpret telemetry strips Document accurately in EPIC Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Float as required to similar units across three campuses About Lancesoft IncEstablished in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
