Full Stack Developer Widelity is seeking a Full Stack Developer with experience or strong familiarity with embedded systems, mobile, and handheld devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end and back-end development and experience working with embedded software and hardware components. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that integrate seamlessly with devices, leveraging knowledge of storage, processors, radio frequency (RF) components, and antennas. This is a full-time position, and candidates must live in the Research Triangle Park (RTP) / Southern Pines, NC area. Full Stack Developer Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications, with an emphasis on mobile and embedded systems. Work with system components such as processors, storage, RF modules, and antennas to ensure efficient communication between hardware and software. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to develop innovative solutions that meet project and client requirements. Design and optimize databases, ensuring integration with mobile, embedded platforms, and data integrity. Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices are followed to maintain high-quality code that is scalable and maintainable. Debug and resolve technical issues, focusing on optimizing performance for mobile and handheld devices. Stay updated on emerging technologies, especially in embedded systems, RF, and mobile technologies, to enhance current and future projects. Full Stack Developer Technical Skills: Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular). Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar). Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and development for handheld devices. Knowledge of embedded system components including storage, processors, RF, and antennas. Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and server-side architecture. Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. Full Stack Developer Position Requirements: Unwavering commitment to asset protection and cybersecurity. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer. Experience with or strong familiarity with embedded systems and mobile/handheld device development. Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance. Full Stack Developer Preferred Qualifications: Experience with low-level programming languages (C/C++). Familiarity of RF technologies, wireless communication, and antenna systems. Knowledge of cybersecurity and threat mitigation in mobile and embedded environments.
