In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing collaboration through Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms, particularly Archer and Workiva. You'll be crucial in driving effective communication, minimizing distractions, and utilizing AI to optimize interactions with work artifacts. By working closely with Engineering, IT, Security, Compliance, and risk stakeholders, you will develop the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment on measurable customer and business outcomes and evaluating improvements in communication efficiency and execution effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Own the strategic and tactical roadmap for the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function, ensuring alignment with Coinbase's key objectives. Translate long-term strategies into actionable plans, defining problem statements, target outcomes, and a prioritized backlog of features and technologies complete with clear KPIs/OKRs. Lead the delivery process from discovery and scoping to execution with agile teams, managing risks, dependencies, and timelines, while promoting adoption through effective change management, training, and enablement. Establish governance and communication processes to manage the roadmap, conduct stakeholder reviews, and provide executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and decisions. Enhance platform quality through standards, interoperability, data accuracy, and integrated controls, ensuring scalability, reliability, and auditability within ERM and compliance workflows. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on ERM and compliance platform initiatives, leveraging external insights and best practices to inform decision-making. Qualifications: A minimum of 6 years of experience in business applications development or product management focused on internal products. Strong knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Compliance, and Technology Risk processes. Experience in an Agile environment and familiarity with Jira. Cross-functional experience addressing technical challenges with diverse teams (ERM, Compliance, Product, Legal, Finance), unifying stakeholders around a shared vision. Experience working with organizations of various sizes, preferably larger enterprises. A BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Business Administration is preferred. Proficiency in vendor management and third-party software implementation. Experience managing or implementing Archer, Workiva, or similar ERM platforms is highly desirable. Strong project management skills across multiple projects. User-centric mindset focused on creating intuitive, reliable, and scalable experiences. Analytical skills for market analysis, opportunity assessment, and extracting actionable insights from complex data. Proven experience leading AI-powered product initiatives. A keen interest in exploring and testing new technologies and vendors. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial institutions is an advantage. Experience in developing software applications for internal use.
