Overview: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Nurse Staff Development Coordinator dedicated to training and educating our stakeholders to enhance the care provided to our residents. How You Will Make a Difference: Design and implement essential job skills training and in-service education required by regulations, alongside employee health monitoring for nursing staff. Regularly assess and ensure the competency of C.N.A. skill performance and provide immediate one-on-one instruction when needed. Deliver skill training to new staff in identified areas for improvement prior to allowing them to engage with residents. What You Need to Make a Difference: Current Registered Nurse licensure. A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting; experience in long-term care is preferred. Valid CPR certification. In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and relevant healthcare regulations.
