Key Qualifications for the Traveling Superintendent: 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, specifically as a Superintendent. Expertise in overseeing new construction and large-scale renovation projects. Proven ability to manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure compliance with project documents and specifications. Strong commitment to quality control and safety, with demonstrated success in leading multiple construction projects simultaneously. Excellent relationship-building skills, fostering positive interactions with subcontractors, vendors, colleagues, and clients. Experience with Big Box, Tilt Wall, and Steel structures, with a preference for projects valued over $5 million. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
