We are looking for talented CNC Programmers who aspire to grow within the PPG organization. Princeton Tool South, a proud member of the Princeton Precision Group, is eager to welcome experienced CNC Programmers to help develop new machining programs and enhance existing ones. The perfect candidate will have at least 3 years of experience programming 3-5 axis CNC machinery. Highlights and Benefits: Quarterly profit-sharing bonus; eligible upon hire Generous paid time off 401(k) plan with company match Paid holidays Tuition reimbursement and professional development support Health, dental, and vision insurance Optional HSA with company contributions No-cost short-term and long-term disability and life insurance Limitless opportunities for career advancement Key Responsibilities: Program various CNC equipment Address immediate challenges on the shop floor Set up and prove your programs on CNC machines as required Develop programs from solid model files, drawings, and sketches Read and interpret blueprints and design models Create fixtures and workholding devices Produce dimensional prints for the shop floor based on reduced dimension drawings Participate in training on new or existing software Collaborate with Engineering and Quality departments to resolve any issues related to programming and machining Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Programming experience with 3-4 axis machines 5-axis programming experience preferred but not mandatory Lathe programming experience is a plus Proficient in geometric tolerancing High school diploma or equivalent A minimum of 3 years of experience with Mastercam Experience with precision manufacturing 3 or more years of CNC machinery setup experience Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Compensation: Compensation will be determined based on years of relevant industry experience Please note that Princeton Precision Group complies with export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
