Overview The Senior Specialist, Learning & Development drives progress across key enterprise leadership and talent programs through program design, facilitation, and data-driven improvement. This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to design and deliver integrated development experiences that strengthen leadership capability and advance business performance. The Senior Specialist serves as both architect and facilitator - building scalable, practical learning solutions and ensuring they translate into real behavior change. Key focus areas may include enterprise leadership programs such as Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP), First Line, Leadership Excellence (LEX), Leadership Impact, and other critical talent initiatives. ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions/Primary Responsibilities: Program Design & Development - Partner with Talent, HR and business stakeholders to assess development needs, define learning objectives and ensure alignment to business priorities. Design and build integrated leadership and development programs across different delivery methods (in-person, virtual, blended). Ensure programs align to Growth Behaviors and enterprise talent frameworks. Create facilitator guides, participant materials, toolkits and reinforcement resources to ensure successful delivery. Facilitation & Leaders as Teachers - Serve as an expert facilitator, modeling high-impact facilitation practices. Train and coach leaders to serve as facilitators ("Leaders as Teachers") to build impact and internal capability. Support growth and development of Leaders as Teachers, ensuring quality and consistency of programs. Data, Measurement & Insights - Collect and analyze participant feedback and engagement data. Connect learning outcomes to business impact and capability growth. Partner with HR and talent leaders to identify trends, priorities and results to inform future programming, recommending adjustments to existing programs to increase effectiveness and ROI Qualifications 3-5 years experience in HR, Talent Development, L&D or related field. Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Human Resources or similar field preferred. Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating learning programs Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage frontline and corporate audiences Ability to translate business needs into practical development solutions Experience measuring learning impact and program effectiveness Experience working in complex, fast-moving environments, preferably manufacturing, supply chain or multi-site organizations. Supervisory Responsibility: NA Working Conditions/Environment Works in a normal office environment. Occasional travel to plants or meetings is required.
