As a Senior Electrical Expert, your responsibilities will include: Designing intricate systems including electric master plans, power distribution, and renewable energy solutions. Conducting a variety of design assignments utilizing standard techniques, from initial sketches to detailed drawings. Incorporating project changes and providing insights into ongoing designs. Performing site assessments to ensure compliance with specifications and updating designs as required. Working with sales to develop proposals that meet client needs and comply with industry regulations. Mentoring junior staff, offering guidance and support for their career development. We're looking for multiple Senior Electrical Engineering Experts to join our talented team. Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of related experience. Equivalent additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with power systems, especially in water, wastewater, or industrial facilities, and proficiency in relevant software tools. Work Location: This position allows for hybrid work options and requires limited travel (approximately 5%). Pay Range: $81,765 - $134,909, with discretionary bonuses available. Join CDM Smith!
