Key ResponsibilitiesPerform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using various measurement tools. Document inspection results accurately, including pass/fail status and dimensional data, into quality management systems. Identify, quarantine, and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating corrective action processes as required. Assist in the investigation of quality issues, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain and calibrate inspection, measurement, and test equipment (IM&TE) according to established schedules and procedures. Support the development and revision of quality control plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and manufacturing processes. Recommended QualificationsProficiency with precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges). Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical specifications, including GD&T. Experience performing quality inspections (incoming, in-process, final) and documenting results. Basic understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data collection methods. Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management system principles.
