This role plays a critical part in building brand awareness, supporting lead generation, and driving measurable sales growth. You'll develop compelling content, execute multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate closely with leadership and sales to ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with business objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Development & Brand Messaging Create high-quality marketing content including website copy, blog articles, case studies, email campaigns, sales collateral, and presentations. Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels. Collaborate with leadership and sales to clearly communicate value propositions and differentiators. Support thought leadership content and industry positioning materials. Assist in refining brand standards and visual identity guidelines. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, website, and digital platforms. Manage day-to-day social media scheduling, engagement, and performance monitoring. Track KPIs and campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations. Assist with SEO optimization and website content updates. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing best practices. Sales Enablement & Support Develop and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, proposals, and service sheets. Create targeted materials for key accounts or vertical markets. Support coordinated lead generation initiatives. Maintain CRM data integrity related to campaigns and lead tracking. Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives. Events & Promotional Initiatives Support planning and execution of trade shows, client events, and company-hosted initiatives. Coordinate marketing materials, signage, and follow-up campaigns. Capture event content (photos, video, testimonials) for future marketing use. Reporting & Operational Excellence Track campaign ROI, engagement rates, and lead conversion metrics. Maintain organized marketing asset libraries and digital files. Build and manage reporting dashboards and spreadsheets. Assist with marketing budget tracking. Ensure marketing activities align with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications2-5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital marketing. Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for multiple audiences. Experience creating marketing collateral and supporting sales initiatives. Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Experience managing professional social media platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance data. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a B2B environment. Understanding of sales processes and marketing-to-sales alignment. Experience supporting trade shows or industry events. Basic knowledge of SEO and digital advertising principles.
