Role Summary/Purpose: Join our innovative Health & Wellness Product Solutions team as an Assistant Vice President and play a vital role in driving growth and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Analytics, to unlock the full potential of our CareCredit product. Essential Responsibilities: Identify and expand new opportunities for installment loan products and MSF within CareCredit clients. Collaborate with Account Managers to effectively present, sell, and onboard key strategic accounts, enhancing utilization rates. Engage with CareCredit sales organizations to drive the adoption of MSF and Installment products. Conduct market research to discover new growth areas and develop strategic plans for installment loans. Work closely with the product team to innovate solutions and address product gaps for market entry. Partner with product marketing to create unified messaging and materials that support our growth strategies. Coordinate with industry marketing teams to design impactful marketing content and tradeshow initiatives. Analyze and report on growth metrics to optimize utilization. Use performance metrics to shape informed growth strategies. Identify trends and partnership opportunities that foster growth. Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations. Manage additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or over 10 years of experience in financial services or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing within financial services, exhibiting a robust results-oriented track record. 4+ years of experience delivering formal communications to senior business leaders or key external partners. Willingness to travel for business as necessary: up to 50%, including overnight and some weekend travel. Desired Characteristics: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related area. Familiarity with the dental industry and a deep understanding of the marketplace. Proven experience in building and sustaining relationships with Senior Management. Thorough knowledge of installment and revolving credit markets, including compliance requirements. Comprehensive understanding of the local marketplace and dealer base. Adept at identifying and cultivating new opportunities and developing creative solutions. Skilled in effective sales presentations and consultative selling techniques. Demonstrated results-oriented approach to work. Highly motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Experience with contact management software and Salesforce.com. Strong analytical skills complemented by exceptional communication abilities. Demonstrated capability to influence decision-makers and excel in negotiations. Proven ability to work independently and remotely. Grade/Level: 11 The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD annually, with an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and skills. Eligibility Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to take a drug test, undergo a background check, and provide fingerprints during the onboarding process. Must satisfy the provisions of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. New hires at Levels 4-7 are required to have 9 months of continuous service before applying to other roles.
