Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Consultant specializing in Oracle Cloud HCM Recruitment Solutions to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in delivering successful implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting solutions, drawing on your deep expertise and strategic insights. Your mission will be to guide clients in adopting modern best practices and harnessing Oracle's solutions, ensuring their business processes effectively align with cutting-edge technology. Responsibilities Conduct workshops on business processes and provide expert counsel on the benefits of Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting Solutions. Facilitate sessions for requirements gathering, enabling clients to precisely define their processes and achieve alignment on solutions. Apply Oracle's implementation methodology to all projects to ensure a structured and effective approach. Configure the Oracle Recruiting Cloud solution to meet the specific needs of clients. Lead familiarization workshops to help clients understand the configurations and functionalities of the Recruiting Cloud solution. Support clients through all testing phases, including production cutover and the critical period following go-live. Assist clients with data migration initiatives for a seamless transition. Collaborate with the integration consulting team to build, configure, and test integrations with third-party or custom solutions. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget constraints. Mentor and evaluate the work of junior consulting team members. Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting and Onboarding solutions, having successfully completed at least one full lifecycle implementation of these systems. You should possess: Over 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting Cloud solutions. Prior consulting experience within a consulting or software organization. Proven success in deploying Recruiting SaaS applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong abilities in business analysis and requirements gathering. Experience with various Cloud HCM applications is a plus. Willingness and ability to travel up to 70%-80% as required.
