Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components. Direct logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, and distribution of finished goods. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on supply chain performance to senior management. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply and operational resilience. Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and lean principles. Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is highly desirable. Bonus QualificationsLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience with advanced supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis). Proven experience in international sourcing, logistics, and trade compliance. Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
