Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Romeoville, IL Schedule: Monday through Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-Hour Lunch) Position Type: Full-Time | Performance-to-Hire Total Staffing, powered by TTR, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping and warehouse operations in Romeoville, IL. This is a performance to hire opportunity on the 1st shift, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-Hour Lunch), Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays. The pay is $18.50/Hr. The ideal Warehouse Associate candidate will assist with receiving, storing, and distributing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and following safety procedures. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable and looking to grow within the company long-term. Warehouse Associate Key Responsibilities: • Assist with shipping and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency • Receive, store, and distribute products and materials • Support accurate shipping and receiving processes • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts as needed • Follow warehouse policies and procedures • Assist with organization of warehouse equipment and work areas • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies • Communicate with team members and other departments as needed • Report any discrepancies related to shipping or inventory • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. • Work in varying temperature environments Warehouse Associate Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse and shipping experience • Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes • Must be reliable and dependable • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail • Basic computer skills (G-Suite preferred) • Forklift experience (sit-down Toyota - operated occasional - 0-5% during an 8-hour shift) • Interest in long-term employment and growth within the company We offer the following: - Weekly pay - Medical, LLH Insurance, Life Insurance.
