Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Testing ProctorReports To: Testing SupervisorJob Type: Temporary / Part-Time / Project-Based - Limited OpeningsLocation: Dallas, TXSalary: $20/hrThe Testing Proctor assists with the administration of large-scale, nationally standardized testing programs and/or classroom tests that may require special arrangements. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a secure, fair, and smooth testing experience for all candidates.This project-based role provides an excellent opportunity for retirees or professionals seeking supplemental income. The assignment allows participants to contribute their expertise in a structured, short-term capacity.Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain inventory and logs of secure, highly confidential testing materialsCount and organize test materials; place tests in numerical orderDistribute and collect answer sheets and test bookletsVerify candidate identification and assign appropriate seatingMonitor for and report breaches of test securityClarify test instructions when appropriate, without compromising test integrityCollect and account for all test materials at the end of each sessionAssist in ensuring testing procedures comply with standardized guidelines Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to remain alert, professional, and impartial throughout testing sessionsFamiliarity with standardized testing procedures is a plusAbility to handle confidential materials with discretion Minimum Qualifications: Completion of at least one semester of standardized test administrationOR an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the dutiesMust be able to pass a comprehensive background check (clean background required)Preferred: Active or retired teachersPreferred: Recent proctoring experienceMust be available to work the entire duration of the project Application Requirements: Detailed resume requiredInclude relevant testing or proctoring experience, education background, and availabilityThis position is a temporary, part-time, project-based role.
