Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related technical field. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and production planning software. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop production teams to achieve operational goals.
