Your primary duties will include: Conducting patient visits and coordinating client care Consulting with physicians and administrative staff regarding patient care Performing accurate OASIS assessments Maintaining up-to-date medication records Timely reporting of lab results to physicians Participating in weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings Qualifications To thrive in this role, the ideal Registered Nurse (RN) should possess the following qualifications: Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred Proven knowledge and skills in current nursing practices A valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance Additional Information Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is an equal opportunity employer.
