Attractive salary Monday to Friday daytime schedule Excellent work/life balance with evenings and weekends free from on-call duties Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision starting from your hire date Access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Health Savings Account (HSA) Dependent Care FSA 401k plan with Short and Long Term disability and life insurance Tuition Reimbursement opportunities Potential for Wound Care Certification Company-covered malpractice insurance Various employee discount programs Personalized lab coat provided by FIGS Key Responsibilities: Oversee healthcare delivery for residents and staff in long-term care environments Travel daily to provide care across multiple facilities as required Assess and treat both chronic and acute wound-related issues, along with minor injuries Interpret diagnostic tests and recommend necessary follow-up actions Collaborate with physicians, write prescriptions, and perform bedside procedures Work closely with the medical director to enhance resident and staff care Conduct wound debridement using various safe methods during patient visits Effectively apply and manage topical wound care products Guide and recommend services to improve wound healing outcomes Educate patients and Primary Care Physicians on wound care best practices Qualifications: Covid vaccination proof required Current, valid registered nurse license in the applicable state Active and unrestricted state APRN license or the ability to secure it prior to employment Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program Authorization from the Board of Nursing to perform medical acts Master's degree in Nursing Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for over 4 hours Capability to lift up to 100 pounds to assist residents Regularly lift 10 pounds for essential job functions Push/pull over 70 pounds while administering patient care Bend, squat, kneel, and twist to provide patient care Must have depth perception for executing medical procedures Work Environment: Exposure to various indoor and outdoor conditions, with potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens and chemical hazards Regular travel between multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities Covid vaccination is mandatory for this position Job Type: Full-time Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Eligible for Provider Bonus Plan Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: On the road Healing Partners is an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
