Oversee construction-to-permanent financing conversions for borrowers and developers, navigating conventional bank loans and multifaceted government financing solutions. Facilitate real estate financing transactions with an array of lenders including private, nonprofit, and governmental entities while adeptly managing debt and equity. Gain a deep understanding of economic projections, tax credit structures, and investor requirements, pinpointing issues like minimum gain or discrepancies in capital accounts. Provide legal opinions with autonomy and limited oversight. Establish enduring relationships with state and local agencies, acting as a trusted advisor for clients participating in public-private partnerships.
