Position Overview: As a Healthcare Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our North American Healthcare Compliance organization by administering an effective compliance program. This position allows you to engage with various compliance processes and procedures, with the potential for a US or global scope of work. Key Responsibilities: Support compliance operations, including project reviews and documentation. Contribute to the development, documentation, and implementation of compliance processes and procedures. Assist in the compliance monitoring and auditing program. Participate in risk assessment and gap analysis. Collect, analyze, and report compliance data to internal and external stakeholders. Investigate and document compliance issues and concerns. Assist in monitoring and implementing the compliance training program. Help develop and update compliance training materials. Provide guidance on compliance policies and regulations to customers. Collaborate with compliance colleagues to achieve company objectives and assist customers effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum two years of experience). Willingness to travel up to 15% within the US. Familiarity with US healthcare compliance laws and regulations is preferred. Exposure to US and international commercial operations is a plus. Ability to conduct audits with guidance. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong ethics and the desire to uphold standards. Ability to maintain confidentiality, objectivity, and fairness in all duties. Proficient in standard PC software and capable of developing presentations.
