We are expanding our team and actively seeking experienced professionals like you to thrive in a dynamic work environment. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining and overseeing the repair of refrigeration HVAC equipment within Walmart facilities. You will utilize your commercial HVAC and refrigeration expertise along with various tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently. Minimum Qualifications: 10 years of experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance. Experience with large-scale rack refrigeration systems. Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for refrigerant handling. A valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Key Responsibilities: Conduct maintenance and repairs on refrigeration HVAC equipment using your skills and tools. Utilize our work order management system to track and document repair activities. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls to ensure operational efficiency. Inspect and diagnose facility equipment to identify issues effectively. Complete all necessary training for safe operation of equipment and tools. Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by following safety guidelines. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights using ladders. Compensation: Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080. Currently offering a $2000 sign-on bonus (for select locations). Compensation will be tailored based on experience, qualifications, and job-related factors. Eligible for bonus incentives.
