Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis). Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor a quality team. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Relevant professional certification (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer/Auditor) preferred.
