We are excited to invite a Senior Product Manager focused on Incident Insights to become a key member of our dedicated Incident Management team! In this role, you will report to the Director of Product for Incident Management and work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to develop data-driven, user-centered solutions. The ideal candidate will combine analytics expertise with a passion for user experience, committed to using operational data to enhance business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the Incident Insights product roadmap, ensuring meaningful outcomes for both users and the organization. Oversee the entire product lifecycle from needs assessment to launch and iterations, emphasizing data-driven insights. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create seamless user experiences that enhance adoption and foster learning. Engage with customers and cross-functional teams to profoundly understand user needs, challenges, and opportunities. Monitor and evaluate product performance, iterating on features to increase user satisfaction and drive business impact. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, DevOps, or analytics platforms. Strong background in data analysis or analytics products, such as telemetry, observability, and post-incident review. Demonstrated ability to deliver features focused on workflow automation or operational enhancements. Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and customer success. Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis is required. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with the incident management lifecycle or operational reliability in cloud-native environments. Hands-on experience with DevOps, SRE, or related tools in a SaaS environment. Knowledge of ML/AI-driven insights or advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Splunk. Passion for enhancing user experiences and driving continuous product improvements. Results-oriented with a curious and collaborative mindset. The base salary range for this position is $161,000 - $271,000. This role may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, equity, and/or benefits.
