We are in search of a skilled Senior Design Project Manager who will play a crucial role in our semiconductor and electronics sector. Your leadership will significantly impact the delivery of complex projects for our key clients. As a Senior Design Project Manager, you will utilize your expertise in design project management to facilitate the technical delivery of Semiconductor projects. You will be the key link between project teams and clients, ensuring that their needs and stakeholder expectations are met. Your guidance will empower our teams to achieve excellence, making you an integral part of our clients' project success. We are looking for a highly motivated project management professional who thrives on collaboration, aims to surpass expectations, and is ready to challenge traditional practices. Preferred office locations include Albany, NY; Portland, OR; Phoenix, AZ; or Pittsburgh, PA. Remote or hybrid candidates located in North America will also be considered. Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture the business-customer relationship. Plan and oversee program implementation while meeting budget constraints and requirements. Manage financial and schedule obligations effectively. Staff and coordinate necessary resources to meet program demands. Ensure subcontractors meet contractual and quality standards. Maintain close communication with customers to prioritize tasks and resolve issues promptly. Develop and coordinate estimates, proposals, and other contractual documents with stakeholders. Provide comprehensive oral and written reports on program/project/task status to ensure contract deliverables are met. Regularly update senior management and key stakeholders on project progress and performance data. Advocate for and implement company policies and procedures. Conduct employee performance evaluations and counseling if tasked with supervision responsibilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or 4 additional years of work experience in lieu of a degree. 15-20 years of experience managing projects related to industrial and/or commercial facilities. Experience as a project/design manager in advanced technology, semiconductor, electronics, life sciences, or data center projects. Strong financial acumen, design execution, and client management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Master's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field. Experience in construction execution and contract negotiation.
