Our Valuation Services practice provides essential financial advisory services to privately held and publicly traded companies. Our core offerings include business valuations, complex financial instruments, contingent consideration, debt and equity analyses, stock-based compensation, and much more. As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a dedicated Manager to our high-performing team, with the option for hybrid or remote work for the right candidate. In this role, you will lead engagement execution, delegate tasks, and review the work of junior staff while collaborating with practice leaders on strategic initiatives, including new business development efforts. Your responsibilities will include: Planning, organizing, conducting, managing, and overseeing projects related to business valuation analysis and industry research. Understanding and managing firm risk associated with projects and proposals. Supervising, training, and mentoring Senior Associates, Associates, and Interns in the valuation of financial instruments. Collaborating closely with audit teams and regulators. Engaging in client management and participating in practice and business development efforts. Conducting presentations and seminars to share insights and knowledge. What you bring to the role: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A valuation credential or progress toward one, such as CFA, ABV, or ASA. At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in public accounting and consulting, with a minimum of 4 years focused on valuations. Experience with the valuation of businesses, business interests, and intangible assets under various accounting standards. Proficiency in running complex financial models with strong analytical problem-solving skills. Technical expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and business writing. Experience assisting audit teams with valuation reviews for financial reporting. Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills, along with strong verbal and written abilities. Preferred qualifications include: Proficiency in US GAAP and/or IFRS. Experience managing multiple engagements and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
